Why would you complain that the window is broken? Did you blame him of breaking it? What does a window have to do with an oil change?

Was the window literally broken? I'd complain about that too, and it seems like the evidence would be all over the floor and car. If you mean it wouldn't go up/down, how do you know the tech was responsible?

Customer came in with inoperable window to begin with. No notes telling Tech to NOT roll down. Most Car repair facilities will roll down window and leave key in ignition while car is being serviced due to Fire regulation. Had Midas been told not to roll down window we would not have done so. But it was and then he blamed us b/c it would not roll back up. He knew it was inoperable we did not. By the way we could have fixed but he did not want to pay anything to fix.
