Urban Wildlife Control Complaint - Unfinished service and horrible customer service
ROSWELL, GEORGIA -- I have a raccoon in my backyard and they told me they would come out and trap the raccoon and relocate it for $295. No one ever told me there was no guarantees, in fact they told me that they always catch the raccoon. I saw the raccoon and called them and told them that the raccoon was by the traps and it looked bigger then the traps so they needed to bring a bigger trap out. They told me that was the biggest raccoon trap they had and refused to bring a bigger trap out. When they came to remove the traps I called Richard and told him that I was told that they would trap the raccoon, no one told me that there was no guarantees to trapping the raccoon. Richard then told me: "Its not my fault you can't read. Read your contract." I am completely unsatisfied because no one told me upfront that even if they didn't trap the raccoon they would still charge me. I still have the raccoon terrorizing my backyard and they have my $295. I am also bewildered that Richard would speak to a customer with the disrespect he did. The customer service was horrible!
