Arby's Inc. Compliment - Very Nice Staff - Customer Service
NORRISTOWN, PENNSYLVANIA -- I recently realized that there was an Arby's near where I work, so I would go there every once in a while to get some lunch. Each time that I have gone there, I have noticed that the staff there is quite friendly. Today was no exception.
I believe it was the manager who was taking the orders today and he took my order. At this location, they take your name instead of just giving you a number. I waited a short period of time before the manager handed me my food and said thank you and said for me to have a good weekend, using my name again. I felt that this was a little extra personal touch that Arby's (maybe just this location) has added to make things more enjoyable. I walked out of the Arby's very much pleased with the customer service, knowing that I will not only return to this location, but will look forward to returning because of how nice they were.
A tip for people who may go to Arby's: On the back of the receipt is a survey that you can fill out online or on the phone. If you do the short survey within 2 days of your visit, you will be given a code. You write the 4 digit code on the back of the receipt and can exchange it for a free regular Roast Beef sandwich or regular Beef 'n Cheddar sandwich. Some places require you to buy something to get a free item, but these offers don't require any other purchase. It's a $2.99 value for free basically.
