Dayton Toyota of New Jersey Complaint - Toyota refusal to repair defective lock

My rear door child safety lock is broken and has been for years. Now that the car is out of warranty Toyota refuses to fix it and I asked if there is any way of telling how long it has been broken but they did not respond.

The time to ask them to fix it under the warranty was before the warranty expired.

Something like that defect should have been taken care of as soon as it was discovered - not delayed!!
