IKEA/Palo Alto , Ca Complaint - Never again, return policy

CALIFORNIA -- I purchased a cabinet and installed it.. I forgot the doors. so went next day to get the doors but IKEA did not have matching doors even though they say online that they had the whole set . I bought a different cabinet with doors and wanted to return the 1st one but they did not return it.

Hate to say it, but had you been polite instead of hostile they may have been willing to accommodate you in some way. I can understand the urge to let the anger through, but quite frankly returns coworkers and managers have a lot of discretion dealing with merchandise returns but no one is going to bend over backwards for someone telling them to shove it. I'm sure they were happy to show you the door.

Try your luck with corporate, but keep a civil tongue until after you're sure they've turned you down.
