Comcast/Exfinity Complaint - Internet inconsistant. We lose internet service consistently.

We've been losing internet service for the past week. I called Comcast and scheduled a service appointment. The technician didn't show up (although I waited all Sunday for a 2-5 PM visit). When I called Comcast they gave the following excuses..

1)Nobody answered the phone.
2)Somebody on our end cancelled the appointment.
3)The "issue was resolved."

When I got a supervisor on the phone he was borderline rude and screaming.
I was upset and insulted that they said that I'd have to wait a few days for more
service.

They didn't offer me any monitery consolation etc. and he acted as though I was imposing on him and the company. Never offered any real immediate help and he didn't even care that I was so put out by a lack of service. Very rude people and poor company service.
