Media com Complaint - $100 Charge Not Discussed!!

I would not suggest media com for anybody that wants a cheap cable company with no contract. I took a two year contract to get at somewhat reasonable prices. They told me if I dropped services it was a 100 dollar fee. What they don't tell you, is if you move within those two years to a place that they don't cover they still charge you. Never have I met a company that charges you for contract for something beyond your control. I spoke with a supervisor "who was very unprofessional" that it was beyond my control and my contract is up in 3 months. While raising her voice said " it's still a void in contract". They do not verbally tell you all this and their DVR services skip a lot.

My request to you is a satellite device was a lot more friendly and cheaper!

Your title says "The $100 charge not discussed."

But it sounds like it was discussed - $100 fee if you drop service within the contract.

It isn't incumbent on the company to think of all the reasons you might stop service, such as moving, and warn you ahead of time that these indeed fall within the fee that they already disclosed. That's my opinion, anyway.
