Stuhrling Watch Customer Service Complaint - POOR SERVICE, NO PRODUCT SUPPORT, WILL NOT BUY AGAIN!

Hi All -

The dual deployment clasp on this item does not clasp, is broken and needs service. The watch was purchased on 11/07/2010 and was hardly worn. Stuhrling Customer Service does not support their product and does not cover this in their warranty.

I will never buy from Stuhrling again and suggest the same for all other collectors.

Since it sounds like this is a problem with the bracelet band maybe take it to a local jeweler to see if they can fix it. I can see how you'd be upset if Sturhling left the band out of the warranty. These watches are a bit expensive.

I agree, their customer service is very annoying and so is one watch I bought for a hefty price.
