Alliegant Airline Complaint - Very Poor Service - Plane Travel

My brother and two nephews just flew from AZ to WA a few days ago. When they got to the airport at 5 A.M. in AZ the airline told them the plane was leaving late, but they would no tell them when. Then they told them they would tell them at 10:00 A.M. if the plane would fly or not. At 10:00 A.M. they told them they would tell them between 12:00 and 1:00 pm. if the plane would fly. Finally they told them after 1:00 PM that their 7:00am flight would leave at 6:00 p. m.. My brothers first day of vacation gone. Now they are at the Airport today in WA. The flight was scheduled to leave at 9:25 a. m.. I just got a call and it's not leaving until 1:15 P.M. The flight from AZ had not left the Airport yet to go to WA to pick them up.
The airlines sends out no delay or cancellation emails or text to their customers. It is a waiting game with this airline and all their add on perks just makes this Airline a gigantic failure. Save your money and pick another airline.
