Legacy Brass Inc Complaint - Heinous Customer Service

LONG BEACH, CA -- The short version is: I ordered and paid for over $10,000 worth of materials 8 months ago. The items never shipped and I have been trying to get a hold of an actual worker of Legacy Brass for MONTHS!!!! No one answers the phone or returns messages or replies to emails. I feel so scammed and worried about my home. I have small children and a baby on the way - in two weeks. I needed everything by a certain date. They took my money and never came through! AND they won't even return my calls! They don't return calls to the contractors or the wholesaler either! They offered their items and never sent them and we paid!

To not even have the decency to return a phone call for months? - R you KIDDING ME? R you KIDDING? Not asking for much just common decency and a basic code of customer ethics. This has been a nightmare and created a bigger problem for me that is beyond lost money and time.
