Isle of Mull Hotel and Spa - Craignure, Scotland, UK Complaint - NO HOT WATER - Room - hotel

Review by s-dj on 2011-06-30
CRAIGNURE, SCOTLAND, UNITED KINGDOM -- In July 2010 I spent a weekend at the Isle of Mull Hotel, on a hiking trip to Scotland. On my second morning at the hotel, I was subjected to a cold water shower. Upon inquiry the clerk at reception told me I should have allowed the water to run for up to 15 minutes, to wait for hot.

At the price I paid for this hotel I should have been entitled to a hot water shower.

Although the hotel appeared to be sparsely booked, my room was located a long way from the lobby. And the mattress was uncomortable.

I would not recommend the Isle of Mull Hotel.
