Marriott Courtyard Complaint - Poor Service

The room was never make up for 3 days in a row I called down to the front desk and the girl brought up linens and told me to do it myself. No toilet paper in room no waste basket, room never was dusted o vacuum once the in the 5 days. We used the same towels the 5 days we where at the hotel..... I believe in using the towels twice but this is is just unacceptable.

I feel for the price of this room for the area I was in, my bill should have been adjusted. We vacation allot and I will think twice about staying at a Marriott.

You didn't give a location of the hotel but I would consider contacting Marriott headquarters.
