Cross Country Bank Credit Card Complaint - Loan Sharks

FLORIDA -- My husband was in a serious car accident and was out of work for over 3 months. This event caused us to be off track with our bills. However, I made arrangements with Cross Country bank and they did not stand by their words. They suggested I set-up several check-by phone payments dated in month increments. Not only were the dates incorrect but the account accrued late fees and I was also charged a seven dollar fee for each check by phone set up...A fee I was told would be waived. If I had been told I would be charged seven dollars each check and I would still be charged late/overlimit fees I would not have agreed. Credit Companies need to be stopped!

To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:

Reverse the fees, and a letter of apology.

At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.

My husband & I were in a similiar situation, although they are not showing me past due, I am extremely over my limit due to their ridiculous fees and lack of follow through.
