Crocs.com Complaint - Multiple errors on a single order
Most of my shoes are Croc brand. They help me walk better with less pain due to a medical condition. I was on vacation. in another state when my Olivia pair of Crocs broke. I ordered tree pairs of Crocs for overnight delivery as I desperately needed a pair to walk in for the rest of my vacation so I would not be in pain. Overnight delivery is quite expensive and I did not receive my order until several days later. The order was also missing a pair of shoes and I was also the total amount charged to me was in error due to the missing pair. I wrote a two page letter describing my experience to the CEO, because when I contacted Crocs Customer Service the representative was rude to me and did not care. She did not even know the company's shipping charges and policies. I never received a response from the CEO or from any company representative. I also wrote a negative review on their website and no surprise, it has not been posted. At least fifty times I have recommended Crocs to my friends, relatives and strangers who saw them and commented to me on my shoes. Many of these folks became regular Crocs customers and even recommended them to others. I will NEVER purchase another pair of Crocs again and I am telling all my friends and relatives about my negative experience. I will find another company that will appreciate me as a customer. I am very upset Crocs never sent me a response. I will not support a business that does not support their customers. Thank you for reading my post.
