Winn-Dixie Complaint - Front end end associates

There seems to a lot of bad "bagging" knowledge. Too many of your baggers and front end personal seem to keep up with their texting on their phones and not paying attention to the custmor. I have repeatdly saw signs oof the front end manager Collette letting this bad custoner service go on.

Is this complaint out of poor service you received, or something you observed as an employee, or casual observer?

If you were a customer, could you give specifics of examples of poor bagging (eg placed 5 lb bag potatoes on top of fresh flowers, etc)
