City Furniture Complaint - Bad Service / Horrible Product

BOCA RATON, FLORIDA -- I wanted to buy side rails for the coast bunkbeds. (I purchased it form you previously in 2009)I was told by Jare n, that I would have to buy a complete bunkbed set. why I would have to do this when another salesman told me that you have 200 side rails in stock and the price was $75 for it is beyond me. Oh thats right she wanted a higher commission. Well I finally bought a mattress and box spring and a new frame and had those delivered. The delivery man was a jerk he refused to set up the bed and was throwing things around my daughters bedroom. I told him to bring the frame back. I called the store and was told that they would credit my card back I never got an appology. This is not the first time I've had problems with City Furniture or the quality of their furniture. I decided to go back to Baers Furniture it may be a little bit more money but hey you get what you pay for and I've never been disappointed with the service there or the quality of their furniture. I will NEVER go back to City Furniture. I would rather sit on cardboard boxes then to buy anything there. I have spent thousands of dollars at City, but like I said Baers will be getting all of my business from now on

You can also contact the manufacturer directly for things like siderails and bypass the middleman altogether.
