The Grill Complaint - Consumer dissatified

Review by griffithj19663 on 2011-07-04
Order milk shake, it was like drinking milk. I ask if I could get money back. I was told that they do not give refunds. No where in the store was this displayed, they offer to add ice cream but first impression goes a long way. I called Mike Bradshaw on 7/4/11, he said that he has instructed his workers not to give refund but yet nothing was displayed. I tild him that this bad consumer service and that I will report it

I can think of no food establishment that advertises it gives refunds due to customer dissatisfaction. Some management may do this upon receiving a complaint, but it isn't required.

To me, they did what they could to please you as a customer, by offering to add ice cream. That is a logical cure to a thin milkshake.

To whom are you going to report this?

My local Taco Bell has a sign clearly posted that says if you are not satisfied they will make it right (by refund, remaking the meal) or they will eat it.

I almost always give them the chance to make it right with redoing the item.
Only reason I wouldnt if there was something so very wrong that it made me feel sick or ???

I worked in food service. You dont know the times customers would come in eat 1/2 or more of ??? meal and then finally complain.. In one town I lived in we had a guy that everyone knew did it often just to get a meal.
