Papa John's Pizza Complaint - Horrible Customer Service from a MANAGER!
SPRING HILL, FLORIDA -- This weekend I received an email from Papa Johns for a promotion of a Medium Pizza for $4.00 for customer pick up. The coupon clearly said website or in-store ordering but the website would not take the promo code. When I contacted the store after approximatly 5 minutes I was connected to a rude male who I assume was the onshift manager or supervisor|. I informed him that the promotion was not allowing me to order but that I still wished to place a large order for this pizza as we were having a get together and NORMALLY enjoy the food". The supervisor informed me that their in store computers were not taking the promo code and that I would have to order it online:. I stated that the website would not allow me to and asked if there was anything he could do to help me out|. He informed me that people had been doing it all day and that I would have to do it through the site only'. I informed him that I would have to take my business elsewhere as they were not honoring their own promotion and he rudely replied "go do what you have to do man I don't care,." I have never received service like this and because of it no longer have a desire to do business with ANY Papa Johns restaurant again;. Like the rude man said I will do what I have to do even if it does mean going out of my way to eat Pizza somewhere else and promoting other restaurants to my friends for future get togethers.
