Apria Healthcare Complaint - Apria Healthcare is incompetent
PASADENA, CALIFORNIA -- Apria Healthcare overcharged us for their services. First Apria charges us for their service when the insurance fully covered it. Apria billed it to my credit card. I have never received a credit for the overcharge. Next Apria’s San Jose location setup a CPAP machine for my husband. He had problems with it and asked them to adjust the air flow. He asked them over and over to no avail. Their answer was to replace it with a different machine. So he gave the CPAP back and got a different one. Apria billed for the exchange because the second CPAP came out of Concord. So we have a charge for 2 CPAP machines and the health insurance will only pay for one. Every time I talk to Apria, they say that it will be taken care of. I’ve called them at least twelve times. This problem has been going on since September of 2010. I would never recommend this company. I’m going to tell my doctor that she should never recommend Apria.
