For those interested, please do not order flowers from this company. They are a partner of ProFlowers.com, so I figured they would be okay to send my extended family flowers upon receiving bad news of two members passing away. The website states to order flowers before 3pm in a specific time zone. I placed the order before 3pm Eastern standard time at exactly 1:30 pm. I received confirmation of my order; however, I did not receive confirmation of delivery. So I decided to call. The customer service representative was polite and I apologized for being upset but the representative reviewed by order number and the florist claimed that they tried to make delivery and no one was home. I know they are lying because, the residence is a 3 family home and the family occupies the first and second floor and more than 5 people were at the residence today. I called the residence and they said they were home all day. Why would a floral company lie. This really got me upset because I had to pay for same day delivery and now the flowers will be delivered on the next business day. I will never order flowers from ProFlowers.com or their affiliates Florist Express. I actually recommend consumers to go and purchase flowers from a florist in person, if possible or try other companies.
