Priceline Complaint - Cancellation Request
This is our 4th trip that we booked with Priceline which is for a 10-day US trip to 4 different states Pennsylvania, Virginia, New Jersey and New York. Our last stop is in Long Island, New York for 3 days but a change of plan requires that we need to cancel the last day and book another one for another place which is in Ossining, NY. We called them on our very first night in Long Island, New York to request them to allow us to cancel the last day in our confirmed hotel as we need to book with them another hotel in a different place. We asked their customer service if they can accommodate our request since the cancellation policy is for no refund but we need to move to another place and would like to book our stay there with them still. They said they cannnot do it for us despite my repeated request. They are not flexible with customer's valid requests and I am very disappointed that I will never recommend Priceline's services at all!
