AAmco Transmission Mt Pleasant, SC Complaint - Poor customer service

I called one week ago to schedule service. My appt was at 9am 7-7-2011. I arrived at 9am as scheduled. Left the car with the Aamco folks stating I would be back in about an hour and asked to be called on my cell phone when my car was finished. I called about lunchtime to be told it would be another hour or so. TRANSMISSION SERVICE TAKES FOUR HOURS???? We called Aamco at about 1515 to ask about our car. It was ready. The invoice date on my receipt states 1:54:52pm July 7, 2011. Aamco had my car sitting there for hours before they started working and I had an appt for one week prior. I will never patronize this group for future needs.
