AHS Complaint - Plumbing - Faucet "Replacement"???
A similar experience to many others when the plumber attempted to fix my "minor" faucet leak which became much bigger and UNfixable...and now needing a full replacement, of which is the biggest joke of all! AHS wants to replace my MOEN faucet (single handle, pullout hose in white) w/ a "standard" which is at most 1/4 of the price or value of what I have currently...and as said, to add insult to injury, they won't match the color...meaning I'll have a "chrome"(yeah right, just chrome-colored) faucet fixture that would 100% NOT match my glacier white soap dispenser, dishwasher vent and all my kitchen appliances! On top of that painful process, it took many calls, on my part, and over the course of 1-week to get a "1-page" catalog(?) of their faucets! Furthermore, none of them would work w/ my sink b/c I have a soap dispenser right next to the faucet...so now what? AHS will make me remove my soap dispense and charge me for it too???
AHS - what kind of mindset do you have or business are you running??? We all know you take our $ to buy yourself "color-matching" faucet fixtures and comparable replacements! AHS - You're GOD AWFUL - treating your customers like 2nd-class citizens! And where are the gov't regulators (Insurance or other corporate watch-dogs) when you need them the most!?
We pay w/ both our money and our time, patience, etc., etc...I am EXHAUSTEd by AHS, their incompetencies and their "contracted" plumber! Uggh!
