HHGregg Complaint - Poor customer service
I purchased a range and reFrigidaire on 6/2/11 paid with my debit and it was to be delivered 6/22/11. On 6/22 they took the appliances back saying they could not get through the road hower the movers were here with a much bigger truck. I called and when they did deliver on 6/25/11 they brought a faulty stove. Their people came out inspected it and said a new one was needed. They were to delivery the new one and install it on 7/9/11 but want me to wait until delivery date for a time. What kind of mess it that. This should be scheduled a day ahead so the customer is aware of the time frame. I spoke with an assistant manager Brandi Grayson who told me she was the manager and is not, only the assistant manager. Her point we only call on the day of delivery hower I was aware of the delivery date of the faulty one a day a head. They were to return the delivery fee and it is taking forever. They didn't have to wait for their money why should I when they are collecting interest on mine. They do poor business. The so called discount is not worth the hassle. I advise all to use Best buy for your worry free appliances.
