Staples Complaint - Unsatisfactory Customer Service
SANDY SPRINGS, GEORGIA -- Staples at Prado, Atlanta, GA --POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. We've been purchasing a lot of office supplies at Staples. When we returned an item for $30 which was ordered online the manager and the cashier gave me a hard time. Everytime you make a return at this location, they look at you like you are a criminal. Staples do have EASY RETURNS at the back of their receipt but returning is definitely not easy at this facility. The people working here doesn't even smile including the manager. When you make a return and have the receipt, they give you a hard time specially when you are not wearing a suit or dressed up professionally. They definitely need a change of management. Does Staples ever have guidelines for good customer service? They should stay true to their advertising "EASY RETURNS". Otherwise, they need to change that because it's not true. With a lot of companies competing for business right now, it doesn't really help their business if everybody that works there is unpleasant. No wonder people just buy supplies at Walmart or Target--it's much easier--returns no problem no questions--much better customer service.
