Spirit Airlines Complaint - The worst airline in the world

MIRAMAR, FLORIDA, IN THE MIAMI, FLORIDA -- I say to all, pay the extra couple of dollars and use a real airline. We had the worst experiences with this airline. So many hidden fees, agents and counter were not trained. Lost luggage, could not get us checked in on time. Please use other Airlines. You can not talk with live people if you get hold of someone you can't understand them all calls are to India. Who ever is running this airline you should sell your stock now and close this airline down now!!!!!! People will not put up with the way you are trying to run this company. You will not make it. Ben Baldanza (President/CEO) you you have no Idea whats going on, or maybe you do and laughing at us all the way to the bank.

Maybe the pres is laughing all the way to the bank. Running an airline is treacherous these days.

Spirit is known as a deep discount airline, I believe. They are ala carte, and everything from requesting a seat to a glass of water may cost you.

Spirit (NK) is a bottom feeder operation, that being said to shed a bit more light on your complaint. Spirit is privately held, no shareholders to dump stocks. I can assure you, Baldanza has been around a long time (ex USAir) and knows exactly what he's doing. Spirit is profitable and growing with a very young fleet of aircraft.
I personally would never fly them but there are plenty of folks who think risk, aggravation are worth a $5 savings.
