RPS Delivery Complaint - Do not use RPS Delivery

My order was shipped on June 24 at the extra cost of 25.00 Today is July 11 th and still no package. I don't know what I paid except maybe pony express. This delivery company is the worst...

I left two messages on their voice mail and they were never returned. I sent a email and received a response it would take 14-21 days to get my package. Again must be using pony express and the horses got hot in the heat.

Their service is not worth the cost.

Where was the package shipped from, and what is its destination?

Isn't RPS the same as FedEx Ground? Have you tracked the package online? If so, what does it tell you?

Whenever I have shipped, whether it is FedEx, UPS, truck freight, I can call and get a live person to figure out what is going on. What number did you call where you had to leave a message?
