ComEd Complaint - ComEd Sucks When it Comes to Restoring Service

So, I am part of the power outage that ocurred on 07/11/2011. When I called on the 12th to find out the restoral time I was told that my power had been restored at 11:00 PM the night before (the 11th). I told them that my daughter had been to our house and the power was not on. The representative informed me that I should go home and flip the breakers and if my electric was still off I should report it again. I drove from my job in Highland Park to my home in Round Lake Beach flipped the breakers and guess what; still no power. I called ComEd and they again informed that the power had had been restored by 11:00 PM the night before but I was now being told that it went out again and that it would be back on by 3:00 PM today. When leaving to come back to work my neighbor informed me that ComEd had lied to me and that the power had never been back on. So I called ComEd again and found out that the my neighbor was correct. Needless to say it is now 4:00 PM and the website now says service will not be restored until 07/16/11 THAT IS SIX "F"ing DAYS WITHOUT ELECTRIC!!!!!!!!!!!!! Try paying your bills six days late....they turn it off.....and they have the nerve to ask me to be patient!!!!!!!!!!!!! WTF!
