Great Toners (GTS) Complaint - Great Toners sells faulty products

Review by idmatiiagts on 2011-07-12
I recently purchased a Dell 3100 Drum Cartridge from Great Toners or GTS on Amazon. They sent me a faulty product, forced me to wait 4 weeks before I could speak to their technician to find out that it was indeed faulty. Then they refused to reimburse me or give me credit because the warranty had expired. I guess it pays to force someone to wait 4 weeks so that the warranty will run out. Don't buy anything from them ever.

I prefer to buy my cartridges from a local store. It costs a bit more, but avoids problems like this.

How did they force you to wait 4 weeks to speak with a tech? Did you leave a review on Amazon about this? Usually Amazon will step in to make things right.
