Best Buy Store #1159, Acworth, Georgia. Compliment - Geek Squad follow up support

I was greeted at the door, escorted to the Geek Squad counter< and introduced to Geek technician Mike,

I explained the problem to Mike.

Mike informed me the computer was functioning well and advised me the solution was to hold the on/off button down for a full ten seconds rather than just clicking it.

My problem was solved in a minute at no charge.

The service I received was exemplary ! Few stores give such service. I am glad I purchased my computer at Best Buy.
