Priceline Complaint - Uncaring and rude reps with 0 flexibility.,
USA -- My niece flew to Tulsa Cancer Center of America via tickets (over $1000.) booked on Priceline. With spread of cancer, her trip was prolonged which necessitated a change in return flight. After some rude reactions from "customer service", there was absolutely no assistance from the folks who represent PRICELINE. Our business is finished there.
