Chick-fil-A Inc. Complaint - Horrible Service- Not even food related!
GILBERT, ARIZONA -- While dining in with my family on a very windy day, the employees were setting up outside for one of their many events. While we were eating my husband and I looked out into the parking lot to see their giant red tent blowing across the parking lot. Unfortunately my car was in it's path and caused $2,400 worth of damage!
As if the fact that the incident happened at all wasn't bad enough, I have yet to receive any kind of apology from the company (even from the owner, Philip Thomas when I spoke to him to get the insurance info) and now my property damage claim STILL has not been settled and the adjuster is telling me she's waiting for the management to send her a diagram of the parking lot (that should take all of 2 seconds thanks to Google earth) and an interview with an employee who witnessed it. Obviously chick-fil-a is not being cooperative with the insurance company and I'm the one getting screwed in the process.
I am unbelievably disappointed because I really loved taking the kids their because it has always been a nice clean place with a nice relaxing family friendly atmosphere. Not any more!
