Vasko Dodge McMurray Complaint - Rude customer service and poor mechanics

I have a 2010 Dodge Nitro and had some problems with the brakes. I made an appt with Vasko Dodge in McMurray. They had my car for an entire day and never called to say that it was finished. I called to check on the progress. I was then informed that my brake problem was not the problem. They claimed that my exhaust shield was causing the rattle and squeeking of the brakes. So I took it upon myself to take it to my mechanic that I used for older cars. He had my car for a total of 30 minutes and found out that my brake pads were missing the brake clips. How does a mechanic miss that? If they checked my brakes they would have seen that they were missing. I called then back and told them what had happened and also questioned if they even fixed my exhaust shield. The answer that I received was "Ma'am, we do not fix things that don't need fixed!" HAHA! Yeah sure you don't. If my vehicle was not covered under warranty, I wouldn't have gone there. I will pay my mechanic to fix things before I take it there ever again! Bad managed and bad customer serivce dealership and I will never recommend anyone to this place.

Report this to the Pennsylvania Bureau of Consumer Protection, 6th Floor-Manor Complex, 564 Forbes Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15219 phone#(412) 565-5135. Also put a call into Chrysler Corp. HQ in Charlotte, NC at (704) 357-7052 and let them know about this.
