SHEPPARTON -- Explained to area coach at my interview that last job l had l resigned from because l was not prepared to turn blind eye to food being handled improperly. Horrified to see managers changing expired time tags on cooked product, transporting raw product in cardboard boxes from store to store, frozen food thawed out in hot water, young employees yelled and sworn at, sent to perform duties that could get them seriously injured, repeated expressions of concern to the area coach, who knew exactly what was going on resulted in me being told l was not suitable for this position and being fired. Calls to Yum complaints line and franchisees human resources manager being ignored.
Customers don't get upset with young staff, they have no real training provided to them, complain to the managers or better still don't shop there till these co pull there heads in and start being concerned about the safety of employees and customers.
