Tomtom GPS Complaint - Tomtom should provide to its customers as what it promises.

I have had a new GPS almost five months now. When I got it, it came with a lifetime update map which it advertised on the package by the time it was on sale (160 bucks).

We was using it for a while until we were noticed that the GPS does not display the map correctly in many geographical areas in the United States. Therefore, there are many addresses have been on the road so many years but the Tomtom does not show them in the map. Moreover, we think it's not fair for the way of Tomtom's advertisement. What is the point for the lifetime update without any updating on its map.

However, Tomtom's Route Planner has all the addresses I need but for my new Tomtom's GPS. Tomtom refuses to correct the update on my GPS. It's so awful for a kind of lifetime service which Tomtom does not put its quality on the customers' demand.

I believe this is a scam. Does anyone know a way to sue this kind of service?

I recently bought a Tomtom GPS and it was broken! I returned it for another one and that one doesn't work either. I have talked with truck drivers who say they won't use this brand.
