Nissan Complaint - Nissan does not stand behind their products
I purchased a 2007 Nissan Armada. When I bought the vehicle, it was suppose to be a Nissan Certified Pre-owned Vehicle. I have owned the vehicle for a little over a year and have had numerous problems. The most recent problem I have encountered is the 6-disk changer has stopped playing cds. The radio still works but the changer does not. The warranty expired on my vehicle 5 months ago. I contacted Nissan to ask for help because the dealership wants $1300 to prchase a new stereo. That does not include install. I think that is a ridiculous amount to have to put into a vehicle that is suppose to be Nissan Certified. I was told by the Nissan Original Specialist that there was nothing he could do to help me out and I would have to pay the full amount if I want this fixed. I am seriouly considering selling all three of my Nissans at this point. I have been a loyal customer for 12 years now but my satisfaction level for Nissan is rapidly decreasing. DO NOT BUY NISSAN IF YOU WANT ANY KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
