Rich Farm Garden Supply Co. Complaint - Seeds didn't germinate, company didn't refund purchase price

WINCHESTER, INDIANA -- I bought two seed packets from Rich Farm Garden Supply Co of Winchester, IN. The seeds didn't germinate (I tried twice). I returned the seeds in early May (it's now mid-July) and got no refund or response. Repeated emails to the company have elicited no response. They have no customer service department (which I didn't know before I ordered the seeds) so I called the only 2 numbers they provide: the Order line and the General Message line. No one answered the phone, I was sent to the message bank...and was told that both message banks are full! Don't buy seeds from this company!

Or contact your credit card company if you used a credit card, and ask for the dispute department, so they can do a chargeback to your credit card, before too much time passes.
