China Southern Airlines Complaint - Customer Service - Flight Cancellation
China Southern Airline (CSA) provides poor customer service and doesn't really care if customers get lousy service. Flight from LAX to MNL via CAN failed to honor seat selection-reservation/special meal request done 2 months prior and at the check-in counter. Flight attendants didn't want to be bothered during the flight. MNL to LAX via CAN- CSA cancelled the departure flight from MNL and rebooked without any connecting flight to LAX at CAN or the courtesy to call us. Upon notification, e-mail, we could not work the problem with CSA because none of its offices are open on weekends. So much for customer service and repeat business.
