JeGem.com Complaint - JeGem refuses to respond regarding a return of poor quality ring.

KELLER, TEXAS -- Online jewelry store JeGem sent a very POOR QUALITY australian black opal ring they state on their website "100% satisfaction guarantee". I have sent 4 emails and made 3 phone calls which were never returned.
JeGem's customer service is non existent. The only response I got was an email telling me that the ring was great quality and detailing the different types of opals. Not once did the customer service person mention how to return the item.
BOTTOM LINE ... JEGEM DOES NOT HONOR THEIR "100% satisfaction guaranty ".

Their return policy website page clearly states you neeed a CSR to walk you through the process. They make this process difficult but not entirely impossible by not responding to you. Contact your bank and dispute the charge. If you can't get through to them go over, under, and around them.
