J C PENNYS Complaint - Refusal to replace defective hair conditioner
In February, I purchased 6- 2 liter bottles of Nexus Shampoo and Conditioner. Today (July 17th), I opened a new conditioner and water and a bad smell came out. I then opened a second new one, with the same results.
I telephoned the salon and asked them if I could bring in the defective ones and get new ones, and the woman named :"C", told me without a receipt, she could do nothing. She then said, if I could find the transaction on a charge card, she could help me ONLY if it were within the last three months.
I told her it was February, and again, she said she couldn't help. The store manager was off today, so there is nothing I can do at this point.
I am hoping NEXUS, whom I contacted via email, will right this wrong. As for me buying ANYTHING at JC Pennys again? NOT HAPPENING. They lost a good customer for 2 bottles of conditioner.
