Sears Complaint - Sears let us down - Poor Home Delivery Service! 2 missed delivery dates!
YORK, PENNSYLVANIA -- I was scheduled for delivery of a range and fridge on a Friday. I gave my fridge away the Thursday before the scheduled delivery date so I had no fridge. I unhooked my gas stove to "help" the installers as well. I took a vacation day off work just to be home for this "special" delivery. Guess what? Around 1:00 pm I get a call that my delivery has to be rescheduled for Sunday (the date of my nephews birthday party). I am eager to get my new appliances so I stay home Sunday - waiting for delivery ...around 1:00 I decide to call to see how much longer. I am told a couple hours so I figure 3:00 ish. At 5:00pm I decide a couple hours have gone by and I call Sears. Guess what they say? Yep - I am not going to get my appliances this day either. They can try again on Tuesday. Obviously, I am angry. No one had the decency to call me. They just assume I have no life and I am living my life just for "Sears Delivery Service" At this point I am searching for another source for my appliances. Hopefully I will find a better deal and I can call Sears and tell them I no longer wish to deal with them.
