Amerigas Complaint - Scam artist and really poor service - over charging

I called for a delivery, they managed to get to my house in a week after I called again and again.
Then they billed me for 5.75 a gallon. I have called and was told it was a mistake, and it would be corrected. I did not get a call nor did they fix my bill. SO, I called again, and my bill is still not fixed.
I will use the rest of this tank and they can shove it.
By the way I called their sales department and dome to find out THEIR GOING RATE IS 2.75.
Which by the way is more than any other propane company.
I would like to file a complaint, if any one knows who I should be calling, please let me know. I am in Massachusetts.

The rate with Amerigas varies depending how much you use each year. There is also a summer discount that only lasts for a month or so. The gas was higher this year, by 40% or so, even with the discount.
I'd switch companies if you are unhappy with them. They have always been able to fix errors for me, which they make often.

when i was told the price of propane last year, i refused to purchase. i changed everything over to electric. saved me no less than $1,000 last year.
