Ameriprise Complaint - Costco Ameriprise sucks
Complaint
Longtime member of Cotco, so I decided to get their insurance. What a mistake. I had my first claim even and this has been my worst experience, they lie, tkes days for them to get back to you. What is the point in having an insurance company if they are not there for you when theyare needed. I am going to a reputable company. shame on you Costco.
Costco complaints# 1-800-220-6000. call them and voice your opinion. Also, you can call your local state insurance commission.
