Admiral Dryer Complaint - Poor customer service

I purchased an Admiral washer and dryer one year and two months ago. Recently my dryer stopped working. I had a service come out to diagnose the problem and found out that the timer was bad. The timer should not go out on a one year old dryer. I called customer service and all they said they could do is sell me the part at 50 percent off. I said that was unacceptable and they should take care of the whole price of the part. I asked for a supervisor and that didn't help. DO NOT BUY anything from this company it will break down and they will not help you.

What type of warranty came with the purchase of your dryer. Most new purchases seem to come with a one year warranty. At 14 months, your product is out of warranty. They are offering a 50% discount on the purchase of the new part. I would go for it.
