Pampered Chef Complaint - Did not receive product - no satisfaction from Company
LEBANON, MISSOURI -- I ordered several items from a hostess for a Pampered Chef Cancer Society Fund Raiser that I was unable to attend. I paid the hostess with a personal check as she asked and received a copy of the sales order. This was in April of 2011. I have not received the product, and cannot get a call back from the hostess. The consultant finally called me this weekend (after numerous messages to her went unanswered as well) and said that she never received an order from me so it was not her problem. I called Pampered Chef and spoke with customer service, and they essentially told me the same thing. Even though I have a receipt for the sales order and even though I have copies of the cancelled check (which HAD to be made out to someone as Pampered Chef does not accept personal checks) they say it is not their problem, and I will have to continue to deal with the hostess who stole my money. I believe that this was a deliberate theft, and it is being sponsered by Pampered Chef corporate. Beware!
