Mcdonalds at 65th and Western Chicago,IL60636 Complaint - Extreme bad service - no respect to the customer

Mcdonalds I ask the lady if she was serving breakfast or lunch she repeatedly with a terrible additude when ever your ready. As I tryed to get my order out she seem very impatiant and not will to help me especially since I had three hungry children waiting.
She got my order wrong leaving two of the children meals out. When I went to the next window the gentlemen took my receipt and food and told her she got it wrong, she then told me that I didn't tell her clearly. I said Okay I need two more pancake with sausage she continued to repremand me with additude I said can't leave the other two children out. The gentlemen ask me to move to the lot and he will bring me the rest of the order. I said Okay! I waited and waited and waited some more while he looked at me and smiled. I finally ask the lady I had been conversating with would she tell him I'm waiting she did. Then He said after I waited in the heat for 20 minutes go through the line again. I then went to another Mcdonalds. No customer should have to take that kind of abuse I'm 55 years old and its irritating to see or receive our younger generation act in this manner. I personally know we need our jobs and the managers or higher ups should make them respected and serve the customers like they need us to continue to buy from Mcdonalds so they can keep there jobs.
