Set of DVDs featuring Columbo - Complaint
I ordered a set of DVDs of the 5th season of the TV series "Columbo," featuring Peter Falk. Price was $23.00. The set never arrived. What did arrive was a charge on my credit card for $10.00--a charge that the company apparently (based on other complaints) intended to levey periodically as a "membership fee." I never ordered a membership of any kind, nor was a membership mentioned in the company's ad promoting the "Columbo" DVDs. It appears that HotMovieSale.com doesn't even have the DVDs. They seem to be simply using them as a "hook" to trap buyers into a membership. STAY A "ZILLION" MILES AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Hopefully they cancelled this for you. If not, dispute the charge with your credit card company. Might I suggest Amazon?
