Mcdonalds Kentland Indiana Complaint - Workers And Manager Were Rude
When I got to the ordering speaker I ordered two sweet teas for a dollar and dollar regular coke and one diet coke. I also ordered three dollar chicken sandwhiches and six mcdoubles. When he read the order back, I didn't understand him, so when I read it on the screen he only had one mcdouble, so I pulled forward to pay and told the young man that I wanted six mcdoubles so he added them to my order and I did pay with cash. He asked if I wanted my receipt I did say no. Then I pulled forward to eceive our food. I had been driving for two hours and at 8pm it was still 96 degrees outside. When I got to the last window I could see the manager standing across the room from the drive up window and there were two girls just standing there laughing and carring on and on I sat there for about five minutes before they even opened the window and started shoving food my way. I did take the bag of food the we received our drinks, which I was one short. I did not get the regular coke. I told the girl at the window and she said she did not have one for me I must be worng, so I went on to tell her that the young man must have rung it up wrong because I had to correct my order when I pulled up to pay and she just shut the window and got the manager, he asked what was wrong so I tell him and he said you did not pay for it, so I told him I would pay for it and he rung it up and shoved the receipt and my change all in a wodded up mesh in my hand and shut the window. I did fing the entire experience offensive because they need to learn manners there. I did pay for my food and had to wait a long time without any comunication, I know people make mistakes. I make mistakes myself but they don't have to be so rude. The manager never even said sorry. Maybe it was all my fault, but I did choose that place to spend my money. I will never ever eat there again, and I will tell people about the service I received. Just because my order was only 14 dollars doesn't make me less important than the next customer. I just think that they need a crash course on the fact the the public pretty much covers the payroll. Unsatified customer!!!!
