Time Warner Cable Erie Complaint - Billing Department - Bundling Paying Is So Messed Up

Called to bundle and every month is a different. Also when you add it up it doesn't add up every time I call, which is every month. This month went to 158.00 and its me calling they don't know what's going on. But I get a different answer one day and every one told me some thing else. Please add up your bills. I read mine and it was 2.11 cents different and I only paid 109.00 because they could tell me so. The next month the taxes were 6 and the month before was 4 some thing which I paid it but wrote they owed me the 2.11 because it was add to that month and now the next bill went to 158.00. after I signed it for 2 years so the price can't change.

I keep calling but I'm not getting anywhere even the supervisor told she would find out what was up never called back.

I actually had this problem, but with Rogers (Canadian).
I got a locked-in price for 2 years, first bill was fine, second was way off, called and fixed it..third was fine, fourth was off, called and fixed...fifth was fine, sixth was off..
