Best Buy Complaint - Best Buy Warrenty 15 Days
I purchase a Hp Computer on July 3, 2011 and crash on July 20, 2011 could not get a refund because the warranty from store or policy is only 15 day no refunds. I ask the representative that they could send the HP computer back to HP copmany and get their money back well I was told that they send the computer back to the company and they repair it and send it back to Best Buy. If this is true how do you know if get a new computer or do you receive a repair computer. When I bought the computer the representative told me about the 1 year warranty he failed to tell me about the 15 days policy to bad the computer did not crash 3 days ago the computer crash because of bad hardware. I really did not want to get another computer from Best Buy because what was told to me by the representative that they send computer back to factor to be fix and reship back to Best Buy.
